Maezawa Shihan'Profile

Maezawa shihan has a very wide knowledge as for all different kind of exciting type of sports as well as an endless interest in foreign cultures.

His philosophy, creating an international communication through karate, is actually performed for the last 18 years whereever he has his branches.

As a man who combines harmoniously wildness besides softness, in his character, he had as a child, a great admiration of Martsiano, the American heavy weight boxer,of which he vowed to follow this way, since there was no other, he felt.

Maezawa shihan started his way as a karate ka when he was 15 years old, in Goju ryu style, after a while he added to his training also Judo. From then on he kept looking for all different techniques and participated boxing gyms, Shotokan style and finally Kiyokoshinkai, his last and longest study.

In 1985 Maezawa shihan established his own karate style - I.B.E.A karate Kobukan. Since then a lot of karate and kick boxing champions were raised by him.
